Joyride Alliance Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility: Members must provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
2. Membership Fee: The membership fee is as follows: Monthly Membership: $19.99/month Annual Membership: $200/year - Save $40 compared with monthly)
3. Payment: Payment for membership fees will be processed securely through the designated online platform. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Membership Benefits: Members will have access to exclusive industry discounts, epic giveaways, member-only events, and other perks as outlined by the Joyride Alliance. Benefits are subject to change, and members will be notified of any updates.
5. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner, both online and during Joyride Alliance events. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of membership.
6. Termination of Membership: The Joyride Alliance reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of a breach of these terms or any unlawful activity. Membership fees are non-refundable in case of termination.
Please note: Membership benefits are NOT TRANSFERABLE – any member found sharing membership details will have their membership immediately terminated.
7. Privacy and Data Security: Member information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws, and the club is committed to ensuring the security of personal data.
8. Communication: Members will receive periodic communications, including newsletters and promotional updates. Members can opt-out of non-essential communications at any time.
9. Discounts are not to be used to purchase products in commercial quantities. Joyride Alliance Partners hold the right to refuse sales if requested quantities deemed not for personal use.
10. Advertised discounts may not apply across entire stores or brands and may be specific to select products or services.
11. Amendments to Terms: The Joyride Alliance reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.\ Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.
